Modern and comfortable apartment, within walking distance of Puerto de la Cruz center. Consistently courteous and very pleasant people work here. Situated in a great and excellent spot. A bakery and a mini mart nearby.

We loved the great location of the hotel, with the old town and beaches just a stone's throw away. It was perfect for us as youngsters, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The pool and terrace on the top floor were a great place to relax and soak up the sun. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

Room with view of the mountains overlooking the plazza, well equipped kitchen plus the window does n't work. Vews to mountain. Marvellous setting, right by restaurants and pub. Btw, located close to centre...

the location was incredible, a 5-minute drive to gardens. it had a refrigerator, an oven and kitchenware for cooking. easy check-in was appreciated.

The hotel's location in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz was perfect for exploring the city. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious apartment had all the amenities we required, including a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, the daily cleaning service kept our accommodation spotless, and the communal areas were always tidy. The reasonable price offered excellent value for money.

no air conditioning or noceiling fan plus no balcony the worst room we have ever stayed in in all our years of travelling abroad booked for two nights only stayed for one

Quiet place!

Setting adjacent to the old town and bus station, restaurants and the sea. 10 minutes walk to Playa Punta Brava.

Stayed at Be Smart Florida Plaza for a week. Great location near old town and beaches, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Clean, basic, but good value rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the pool and terrace on the top floor. Fabulous Spanish guitarists played at the hotel in the evenings.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I liked that it was close to the bus station, the staff was friendly, the room was clean.

The wifi-internet connection was not working for the whole of my stay and even if it had been would have been very expensive and only in the lobby.

Good value for money, close to the beach, very helpful stuff.

No double bed, a bit noisy surrounding

The apartment was reasonably spacious and in a great and magnificent location near the beach, lago Martianez, restaurants, a square with shops and restaurants and the hill 2 streets. Staff was very pleasant, assisted with everything. Although beds were very hard, I had an excellent time here for 5 nights.

The setting was terrible.

It was marvellous and magnificent near to everything a holidaymaker could want. Large room had comfortable bed and was complete with a balcony and the bar. They provided very good service too.
